I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and other types of disordered eating. I work with people at all stages of the recovery process, including those who have recently been hospitalized, those who are new to treatment, and those who have received various kinds of treatment in the past. I offer individual, group, and family treatment options:
Individual Therapy Individual Therapy is available for adults and older adolescents, incorporating evidence-based treatments for eating disorders, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Individual therapy can be tailored to the needs of the individual, with additional supports available fee-for-service, including (but not limited to):
Phone or Skype coaching
Recovery Record app support
Coached meals, grocery shopping, restaurant outings or in-home cooking exposure
Group Therapy I am currently offering one weekly therapy group: Saturday Lunch Bunch Meal Support Group. Click the link to learn about it, and contact me for more information if you are interested! Family Therapy I also provide family-based therapy for adolescents and young adults with eating disorders, based on a modified Maudsley approach. This service may be a continuation of family work begun in a more intensive treatment setting, or an adjunct to other kinds of treatment.
